To be blunt, the main reason for this review is directed at the pharmacy. They have been amazing even after multiple other pharmacy's closed up. They answer questions promptly, understand when sometimes a med costs too much and their honesty pointed us to alternatives. I know the lines have been long, but I've yet to have a poor or bad experience there. I am only giving a 4 star as the giant eagle company needs to step up and give there workers more rewards for their hard work.
I am new to town and since there is no Walmart near me, I'm stuck spending $$$ at a Giant Eagle. Its a really nice store though. Small, compact but has everything. I hate having to spend the extra money but when it's all you got near - kinda have no choice.
The employees in the store in certain departments of pretty easy to get along with but remember you cannot please everybody there are some people that choose to be difficult
Grateful for the gentlemen who took and fulfilled my last minute catering order. When I picked it; it was hot and ready to go. The gentleman took the order out to car and loaded it in the truck for me. Excellent customer service experience from the gentlemen in the hot foods section. Thank you all so much.
Good employees. Clean and lines move quickly. And they have plastic bags still thank god
