AMAZING market. there are so many fantastic options here. we were there for a weekend and were lucky enough to stumble upon Giant Eagle. not only were we able to find everything we were looking for, but were happy to find some really cool things we weren’t looking for! also… the best checkout experience, and i wish i remembered her name. we will come back if we’re in the area for sure!!
Most employees are pleasant and helpful. The BEST employee, BY FAR, is Ryan, who works as a lot attendant. He's such a joy to be around. It's obvious that he enjoys his job, and is always willing to help. I've spoken with the manager about Ryan several times. He agreed about Ryan, and said he wished he had about 30 more, just like him!
If I could give this pharmacy department less than 1 star I would. We've been with them for a year now,,All of sudden, Our insurance is No good. While some others with the same is good. And instead of working with the insurance company on the issue,,They hang up on them and said Not Their Problem. It is your problem GE Pharmacy (Hempfield)..it is your problem, and while I do switch pharmacys..This isn't over by a long shot. Tired of you not taking to help customers fix issues,,Cause you just don't want to. But you'll take my card to use thru the checkout and buy products. It's an issue with the Pharmacy dept alone and instead of helping a customer of a year,,they just don't want deal with it. If it's a problem in your computers,, wouldn't it make sense to call HQ and get the IT department
Great store,parking can be a little wanky.Well stocked with everything I need.
Rude pharmacists, not helpful and honestly just rude when asking questions. Also seem to have a problem with communicating because they don’t seem to know what they have and what they don’t have ready to fill. Not sure why it’s so hard to find a pharmacy that doesn’t seem like miserable employees who are resentful. Going back to Walmart
