If I could have given no stars I would. My mother went out of her way to try to surprise me with a cake for my 30th birthday. She ordered a 1/4 yellow sheet cake with whipped cream icing and specifically asked for all of the bells and whistles (glitter, sprinkles, lights, ribbons etc.) She ordered the cake a week in advanced so that there was time for it to be done correctly. Today (the day of my birthday) she picked up the cake and was beyond disappointed. They gave her a 1/2 sheet with satin icing and this cake was beyond plain. My mother was to the point of tears because she was so excited about this cake. She explained to the woman that this cake was not what she had ordered and the only consultation she had received $15 off the price of the 1/2 sheet cake she didn’t order! This thing
