Giacomo's Pizza

Two thumbs WAY down. I've never really been a big fan of the pizza but I've always enjoyed the other menu items, especially the hot subs. I had been meaning to try out the new location off of 376 with the °1000 under the name..big mistake. I decided on two of their square slices, safe bet, a chicken bacon ranch and a meat lovers. I have never been more disappointed in my life with a slice of pizza! The pizza was painfully bland and lacking in flavor. So much so, that midway through my food, I stopped and thought to myself that something was off and that I had made the wrong choice of where to stop and eat. Not to mention, $10 for this slop?! I could go to Emiliano's in the City of Poughkeespie and pay $4.30 for a slice piled high with toppings, and bigger than these two combined. And 20x

Pizza dough was so tough on a personal Pizza that not even a serrated knife would cut through it. The topping was very good though. They need to work on their dough.

Literally just got my order. The delivery instructions were to please leave the order on the table outside my door. They left it on the ground 2 feet away from said table. The ground. Really?? Never again.

I ordered a Cheese Pizza (Large 16") pepperoni pie, and Garlic Knots (6 Pieces). I was little worried as I order from the location furthest away my home. Not only was the food delicious, it was still warm when it reached me (I'm about 20 minutes away). The portion that i received was right in line with the other Giacomos. I would surely recommend.

What happened to Giacomo’s??? I decided to have Giacomo’s after moving out of the area for 3 years. I remember it being the go-to place for pizza especially the thin crust. I walked in to pick up and at the counter were 2 unpleasant workers that obviously did not want to be there. Seemed like placing an order to-go was an inconvenience to them. The “Manager” was on his computer at a table and the only one who seemed to be putting in work was the one man in the back boxing the pizza. Not even a greet from anyone. A very unwelcoming environment. Unfortunately, the thin crust pizza pie we ordered and boneless wings were terrible. Honestly it was probably one the worse pizza we have had.
