Love this place both inside and out. Great patio, great food and awesome drinks. The fact that menu updates tells me all the food is fresh. Everything I have eaten here so far has been superb. Chef has done outstanding job of creating delicious and satisfying meals. Can’t wait to see what he cooks up next. Excellent service and overall experience

What a great little restaurant! My friend took me there for a belated birthday celebration and it was delicious! We had an appetizer, pizza and pasta and we can’t wait to go back again! The waitress was kind and attentive and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Please don’t overlook this place because it is amazing!!

My sisters took me there to celebrate my birthday. We were SO disappointed after the rave reviews. We ordered drinks, it took about a half hour to get them-- after we had to change our drink order twice because the bar was out of various items. We literally had to to go chase down the waitress to finally get our drinks! Waited another half hour for our food. We ordered a salad to share as an appetizer but it came as the same time as the food, the veggies weren't fresh and it tasted awful. The sauce for my pasta was meh, pretty bland. Waitress rarely came to check on us. Having been a waitress I am usually pretty forgiving, but this service was pretty awful.

Everything was absolutely amazing! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be coming more often!

I havent been to Gertie's in around 20 years. I know a new owner took over so i didnt have high expectations. The food was delicious and the Bolognese was some of the best I ever had. The Pizza appetizers were hot and delicious and despite the heavy toppings the crust was still crunchy and flavorful. I really wanted a fresh glass of Pinot and they opened a fresh bottle of Willamette valley which was meaty and delicious. Everythinf was really good but the highlight was the nice 2 serving size slice of fresh key lime pie. Th crust was super thick and it had the perfect combination of Tartness and Sweetness. I had to order one to go because my daughters devoured through yhe 2 slices which was abour a half of Pie..I would say this is probably the best key lime pie in Western Pie in Western NY
