Ask them to make a cake for my friends birthday. They went above and beyond. The cake was beautiful. Taste delicious. Not dry, very moist. I asked for peace signs and it came out perfect

Well, I didnt want to leave a bad review but I have attempted to speak with a manager over the course of the last 4 days with no avail. I have called and emailed. Set on hold for 25 mins with no manager to ever come on the line and disconnect the call and multiple messages. I ordered a cake from here for the first time in awhile only to be given not what I ordered. It was decorated as I requested but I was given the wrong flavor cake and icing. Also given this cake without a box to carry out of the bakery . All I have wanted to do is address this, as my daughter was very disappointed not getting the flavor cake I ordered for her birthday. But not only was the cake a disappointment the customer service is nonexistent.

I pre-ordered a cake for an 80th birthday. Went to pick it up on specified date and time, there was no cake and they could not find the order. They did put a cake together for us, with a 45 minute wait, the colors were not what we asked for but sufficed. The cake itself was delicious.

Order my daughter a cake, it was the best thing ever. I am so pleased with the way it came out! Highly recommend.
