The tax preparation itself was competent, and the CPA did identify some valuable credits I qualified for, though these came with additional charges. While I appreciate the technical expertise, I was disappointed with the level of professionalism during our interactions. During our first meeting, there were multiple interruptions for phone calls, and our second appointment started 30 minutes late due to him oversleeping. Similar phone interruptions continued during the delayed second meeting as well. If you're looking for thorough tax preparation, you'll get it here, but be prepared for some scheduling and attention issues. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of time management and client focus.
