Very disappointing experience. This restaurant feels like it’s trying far too hard to be cutting-edge, but unfortunately the execution doesn’t match the ambition. The food was subpar at best and, frankly, not very appetizing. For example, I ordered a side of potato wedges that were completely dusted in an excessive amount of finely chopped parsley. The flavor was overwhelmingly strong and so overdone that the potatoes almost looked moldy due to the sheer amount of parsley on them. It made the dish difficult to eat. The Wagyu burger was just okay and certainly not memorable, and the chicken dish was extremely basic for the price point. The wine list was also shockingly overpriced. A 6 oz glass of Josh wine was listed at $40, which felt completely unreasonable given the quality. The overall
Great Hamachi Crudo! This location is secluded in The Cloister and offers great Japanese cuisine in the Lounge. Our server was very attentive and we tasted some great edamame, gyoza and Hamachi. This spot compliments the other restaurants at The Cloister and is a great addition to their lineup.
Enjoyed an amazing anniversary celebration at the Georgian Rooms Lounge. Extremely comfortable and elegant atmosphere, service was exceptional, thank you to Megan and friends. Tremendous selection of fresh sushi options, beautiful presentation, every item was delicious.The Baked Alaskan ended the evening beautifully!
Perfect option to gather with friends. Many options of fresh sushi/sashimi that were truly bite sized! . The beef skewers were flavorful and medium rare. Staff were friendly and engaging and responded seamlessly to special requests. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This is the room for those who prefer business casual.
I was nervous because of previous reviews. The food was delicious. Service was outstanding. Kept checking in to make sure everything was ok. The extras they added , chocolates after meal, rum alcohol drink and then the takeaway cake was a wonderful touch. Very impressed with this restaurant and was glad we dined there.
