RAY is the man!! He executed our 12/30 wedding to perfection. In the process of planning and coordiating tasting, Ray was kind and patient as we weighed all of the options. He even let us add in a last minute "breakfast for dinner" feature - bacon at the cocktail hour. Shrimp and grits were a fan favorite, brisket was amazing - I am a Texan so I know my brisket :) Thank you Ray and team! We hope to need your services again in Savannah in the future!

Ray recently catered our wedding at Red Gate Farms with a taco/nacho bar. The food and service was absolutely delicious and amazing. All of guest were more than happy with the food, and told us many times it was amazing. We would recommend Ray to anyone for any event!

Ray and his team catered our wedding at Red Gate Farms with his delicious BBQ! Everyone at the wedding enjoyed the food and we had plenty of extra to take home with us to have as a late night snack! Everyone is so nice and did a great job!

Ray and his crew were absolutely phenomenal! We’re so happy we went with his catering company for our wedding. We had a good mix of vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and omnivores along with several food allergies. Ray worked with us to cultivate the perfect menu so that everyone would have an enjoyable meal. The food was wonderful and we’re still receiving word from our guests that it was the best wedding fare they’d ever had!
