George Mason Regional Library

Love this library and the staff! A great collection of books and resources for the community! Was so happy to see Michelle back! Will be sad when she goes back to her other branch!

I am writing to share an unsettling experience that my non-profit organization had at this library shortly before closing time, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While we were quietly packing up an arts and crafts fellowship activity in our reserved conference room, multiple librarians approached us in an antagonistic tone that felt rude and dismissive, repeatedly demanding us to leave even though closing time had not yet arrived. They lingered near our conference room and spoke in a way that made it clear we were no longer wanted there. One librarian even shouted, "I'm ready to go home and eat my dinner!" Feeling pressured and singled out, we gathered our things and left, still within closing time, disappointed that we were treated with little courtesy or patience. This

Friendly and polite staff and available to answer any questions you may have. I came in and reapplied for a library card and it only took around 5 minutes. But, Be very quiet 🤫, I think they're hunting Wabbit's 🤔 😏. . .

Library closed too often ,it's inconveniences for public and people like go to Library for quiet place to study and read books. Terrible to closed for no reason. People disappointed.

This is a great space for the community and find good books. The librarians are always friendly and willing to help in any way they can!! I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years and it feels like a second home. All the libraries in Fairfax county have their perks but George Mason Regional Library is my personal favorite!
