Genji Hibachi - Ramen - Sushi Bar

Everything was VERY clean. The decorations were very classic and beautiful. The atmosphere was very calm, and quite frankly, I LOVED it. The servers were incredibly kind, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. They were also very accommodating to allergy restrictrions. The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken ramen was not too salty, but perfectly seasoned. The seaweed salad tasted authentic, way better than some of the restaurants in the area. The sushi bar- oh my goodness it looked fantastic. They also offer trainer chopsticks for everyone who can't use chopsticks yet. Overall my idea of the perfect place to unwind and eat.

I was recommending this place to alot of friends and co-workers. My quick say was food is great! Waiters are kind of odd experiences. Price is wild for some imitation crab. But I enjoyed it. Went there over a dozen times. Sushi only- southern cali roll- is what I got everytime. But finally I had my final straw when sushi had bugs in it. Jan 6 2026 and bugs blending into my seseme seeds (I know they are balck and white seeds. It was a black bug thats why it was blending) on my sushi roll. Sad to say I didn't notice til I was half way done. Then the bill was 72$ the waiter proceeded to count the 76$ i gave him with the 4$ tip and said "alright just 76$" (the purpose for this is to explain its very unprofessional for a waiter to stand there and count my money i gave to him in front of me whil

I haven’t been here since it was a Chinese restaurant. The food was fresh and the service was excellent. I would come back again and again.

I decided to check this place out after hearing from several coworkers that it was good, and I’m glad I did. To be perfectly honest, I was expecting more variety of menu items, but this restaurant is primarily focused on sushi and hibachi items with ramen as an afterthought. Considering where we live, I suppose it makes sense for them to not be to adventures with the menu. It is on the expensive side for the area, but we both felt it was worth every penny. The service was also excellent, the waitress checked on us multiple times. My only complaint about the food is that the cheesecake was still frozen, but I of course I don’t expect a sushi/hibachi restaurant to have freshly made cheesecake on hand. Hopefully they thaw it longer next time I go, because it was delicious and I would love to

This is a hidden gem in Scottsbluff. The food was amazing but was really impressive was the service. I didn't know I had to go to a small town in the Midwest to get the best service I've had in along time. Thank you, Wade, for making this a memorable lunch!
