Genghis Grill

Great service. Good food. Awful atmosphere. I couldn't figure out if it was in the middle of a remodel that's been on pause for months or just in overall disrepair. The physical condition of this restaurant was awful. Torn booths, dirty kitchen equipment in the dining rooms, a really sad looking bar, stuff being stored in plain sight. Ownership needs to invest in a remodel of this place. It was honestly gross.

November 20, 2024 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We waited at the door for a bit before someone finally noticed us. 🕰️👀 The service was pretty slow… 🐌 but the waiter was super friendly! 😊🍴 Refills took forever, and I had to remind the waiter a couple of times. 🥤⏳ Overall, the food was great, but the pace could use some work. 🍲🍗 Would come back again, hoping for quicker service next time! 🤞✨

Place is really run down. Torn booths. Broken tiles. Vents that have obviously not been cleaned in months maybe years. The venting above the food looked really really nasty and there was also a horrible smell coming from the kitchen back there that smelled like sewage. Service was subpar, long wait on drinks and on our dessert. She was nice though. This place just isn't what it used to be and urgently needs some remodeling. Food was ok. Not bad and it didn't make me sick like some other people said. I feel like they're giving me less and less noodles each time though.

Absolutely nothing was good about this experience. Had a lady behind the line tell me that I couldn't add more ham to my bowl and then my food came out charred, burnt so bad that the smell of the burnt food mad me gag. The waiter had the nerve to get mad because I told him I didn't want it. I had not even unwrapped the silverware so obviously I never ate any so why would it be a problem taking burnt food off my ticket? I now see why all the locations are closing as they all need to be closed at this point because they are being horribly managed and they hire only people with nasty attitudes. I dont recommend nor will I ever go back

Our server Yvette was amazing made us feel very cared for during our dining experience. Even went as far as walking us through how to make our bowls. Will definitely come back just for her service if nothing else.
