Good chewy biang biang noodles with good veggies in very tasty broths and sauces. As a spicy food lover I found the "Extra Spicy" option to be delicious and satisfyingly spicy without being over there top spicy. The shaved potato side was also delicious.
Great spot to co.e either by yourself or with a couple of friends. Highly recommend the Lamb cumin pulled noodles. The noodles have just the right amount chew and are seasoned perfectly. Try mid spice level is you're unsure of your tolerance. The skewers are also a.must have!!!
This is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. The hand pulled noodles are so incredibly good. The noodles are very long, and you're going to slurp, so don't wear your best shirt :) we ordered everything extra spicy. The pork soup had a decent amount of meat. You can order extra meat in all the soups. Rather than extra meat, I ordered the lamb skewers. The lamb was cooked perfectly. I ate one skewer and put the other in my soup. We also got the veg soup and cold noodles which were delicious. The restaurant itself is pretty simple, nothing fancy. If you are here, you're here for the food. Walk up to the counter or self order from kiosks. It could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean (the details like vents and window sills), but it was not dirty. Bathroom's were functional an
highly recommend their lamb and cumin thick noodles! this restaurant is all self service (kiosk ordering) and their selection is not the largest, but their wide noodle soups are all delicious. Great prices too! Free street parking on the street or lot nearby. Short wait and positive experience overall.
The service was quick and the food was spicy and delicious. When I come back next time, I will opt for the "half-spicy" option. The lamb noodle soup was yummy. The lamb was quite a lot and soft and tender. The star was the hand pulled thick noodles. That was a first for me and it was unique and yummy especially with dipped in some extra Hot chilli oil ($1 extra). The soup broth was just a little too spicy for me. I also got a lamb skewer as a side but it was just OK for me. Definitely worth checking out. If you are paying by credit card, you have to order on the iPad at the counter.
