The worst attitude ever. Wrong operation time. Very rude employee. Came to pick up the order which is informed ready. Google shows today is open yet when I arrived in -17 degree they are closed. So I call the store to see what’s going on. One middle aged man picked up the phone is extremely rude. Inpatient and not professional. Not only does not know where my order is or provide any helpful tips. Keep cut me when I am talking with very impatient attitude. Saying”what are you talking about, I am open la” then he keep saying today is Sunday, so what, I followed your operation hours on google. It clear saying you are open today. What does it matter if today is Sunday or not. If you don’t want do business then close it. Before I hung up the phone I suggest to update your hours if you are not

Gem of a store for all kitchen supplies from knives, chopsticks, bowls, woks, cake pans, etc. Affordable and tons of quality options. If you're new to the city just buy your kitchen supplies here. I noticed walking by the restaurant Kalaya that we had the same bowls at home that they used.

I love this place! Owners are super friendly, prices are great, store is well organized (sometimes the stock changes, esp on the kiwi knives), clean, and it has basically everything you could need. I would chose this place over sur la table or any other restaurant supply store in a heartbeat!

This place blows traditional retailers out of the water. The female behind the counter speaks English well, and was able to help us find every thing we needed. The prices are about 1/4th of what you would pay at a traditional outlet like Grainger, and even less than a retail store like bed bath and beyond. I highly recommend it! I bought items for my home kitchen, so I'm not sure how good it is for restaurants. For the home owner though, it's the best. I'll never shop retail again.

Tiny but full of all kinds of restaurant grade utilities like cambro containers, bamboo steamers and measured scoopers. Upstairs has beautiful dishware and teapots. Definitely stop by if you want industry level equipment and gadgets or even to look around if you're an amateur baker like myself. You never know what you'll find.
