Gaylord Public Library

I went here for a quiet place to study, I first asked if I was allowed to sit in the library. I was told I could stay for half an hour. I sat down at the only chair at a table, immediately the 2 librarians working starting chatting to each other. I guess my mistake in thinking a library would be quiet I did not bring my ear buds. They were not whispering either, they were shouting and talking loudly. I got to hear all about the hardware stores Halloween decorations and about the ones son who is working at Jerry's. I only stayed 9 minutes of the 30 I was allowed. Will not go back.

Such a quaint and welcoming library. Well lit , always clean and has a cozy reading nook. Good computer station and a coffee bar available as well. Helpful and polite staff as well.

Quiet, clean smaller library with a nice assortment of magazines and friendly and helpful staff.

For a small town library they’re great! The books they don’t have they get access to!

Amazing librarians that are helpful with suggestions and accessing the computers. Fax. Copies. Movies. And of course, books.
