Gator Jr's Major League Bbq Byram

I used to love to go, they were nice at first. The last time I went, I went I was feeling bad, I had lost my mom, they attitudes were bad, the older lady used to be really nice, maybe she had a bad day, but that wasn’t the first time. I spent plenty of money with them, because I wanted to be there for us as a culture. But I guess they didn’t appreciate my money anymore, and I’m not going to spend money anyway,, if your environment is not pleasant. So you lost a very good customer. Be Bless!

I paid alot of money for this order via DoorDash. Banana pudding was left out of the sealed bag. I was given spoiled coleslaw instead of the potato salad I ordered and paid extra for. All of this could have possibly been resolved via communication but unfortunately the restaurant will not answer the phone and I’ve lost money and time. #bought lessons on a small budget

Gators jr to go prices are ridiculous to expensive. I order one chicken on the stick and side order of fries for 16 dollars without a drink no sir no way. I will NEVER. They had a special for chicken on the stick for 8$ so I had to order my entire family one and when I tell you those chickens were not seasoned no tasted and NASTY they were disgusted. My entire family picked over those chicken and didn’t eat them. My son loved potatoes and couldn’t eat the potatoes due to hard and half done. I didn’t tell them where I got the sticks from and they ask where did you get these. GATORS!!! Oh wow they can’t be from GATORS they are nasty gators much got different cooks or a different recipe cause they have gotten nasty you could have brought CHURCH,S CHICKEN and it would have tasted better . Ga

I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was awesome 😋howeverrrrrr, if you're going to serve something that good, why not serve it on a bread or bun to make it great? My bun was small and soggy. Toast the bun or put it on sourdough, Hawaiian bun or a brioche bun it would take this sandwich to the next level. The sauce is still saucing 😂😂This isn't even a complaint its more like constructive criticism. I've been loving this place since Red Apple shopping center, Terry Rd, Siwell Rd. I couldn't rock with Madison. The food wasn't the same to me. I'm still rocking with the gator now in Byram. The place is supper clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I'll forever be a customer ❤️

I had been seeing a steady flow of visitors to this establishment…and now I know why! Excellent food service & portions!
