I have been buying beef from here for several years and i can say every time is a absolutely outstanding experience! The sandwiches are incredibly tasty — perfectly stacked with high-quality ingredients and packed with flavor in every bite. The beef is hands-down some of the best I’ve had — tender, juicy. And the bread? Fresh, soft on the inside with the perfect crust — it truly makes the sandwich. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can tell they take pride in both their product and their service. If you’re looking for top-tier beef and deli sandwiches, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

You'll love this place! The very best! They raise their own beef! They bake their own bread! The deli items are selected to be the most tasty available! And there are beautiful succulents- easy to grow and enjoy! Get some!

Hallelujah we’ve finally found our source for excellent beef in the NNK! We had Filet Mignon on grill from Garlands tonight. BEST steak I’ve ever had. Being from Northern VA we were spoiled w/ Wegmans, Trader Joe’s and Sutton Place Gourmet in Old Town Alexandria. Garland’s IS BETTER. Those 2 filets tonight were @ $30 TOTAL! Wow. Friendly multi-gen family business with some of the best beef I’ve ever tasted, nice CBD products for people and animals, and gorgeous succulent plants. I love my local beef/CBD/succulent store! Plus they have a sweet dog. [Edited to add this photo of a delicious tri-tip roast from Village Farm I cooked (with some help) last weekend.]

The absolute best place in the Northern Neck for a sandwich.... then buy a steak or whatever beef you desire for dinner. And don't get me started on her plants!
