Galloway House Bed and Breakfast

If you want the experience of being in the country with a quiet walk in the morning surrounded by corn fields beautiful trees and white tail deer. Then top it off with a beautiful historic home that is clean and looks like your great grandmas home then this is a wonderful place to stay. The surrounding was amazing the egg sausages sandwich on sourdough read she made us was delicious. She was very accommodating to allowing us to arrive late. If you are expecting luxury this is not the place for you. The beds are double beds and the mattresses are not new but they were clean. There was no one else staying here when we came.

Beautiful historical house, with many antique furnishings; clocks, platters and plates, and much more. Very clean and all the amenities you need. Margaret is an outstanding host from early communication to day of arrival. We requested early assistance and she was extremely helpful. She also is an amazing chef...breakfast was excellent. Kudos to her and her home

This is a great find in the Palmyra area. Margaret is wonderful to work with, she's helpful, accomodating and pleasant. She only books one party at a time, so we had the whole house to ourselves! (But I think she can handle a party up to 12!) It was our first stay at a Bed & Breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, the breakfast was homemade, filling and just great! What a quiet, peaceful and lovely location away from the hussle and bussle of the city but close enough to major attractions. Give this wonderful historic home a try next time your in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Thomas Galloway House B&B at Paragon Farms. The children had fun looking at the sheep, jumping on the trampoline and watching the cats and chickens. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and the lady of the house was kind and gracious. We really enjoyed the decor - felt like we were back in the 1800s. We would definetely stay there again if travelling in the area. It was truly a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful time in this authentic working farm home. We loved renting and having the whole upstairs to ourselves, we loved the countryside where the home is located, and Margaret is charming and helpful regarding local sites. |She cooked us a wonderful breakfast both mornings, happily accommodating the times we needed to eat. (You don’t get that from most airbnb’s!)||We had a great time, and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to the LDS sites in the area. We will be back!
