Ordered the Pura Vida Plate for $13.95. Basically it is rice and beans with a sparse sprinkling of sauce. The rice and beans were tasty but would have appreciated more than a couple of drops of sauce. Also had some plain grilled cauliflower that was crunchy and raw but at least it wasn't burnt. The plantains were black and chewy, shoe leather consistency. Just threw those out since they were inedible. They should never have plated them up in that condition. With tax the price was $15.07. Expected better for the price.

Fantastic meal from a food truck! I had walked up one day just as they had finished closing, but they graciously were happy to serve me what they still could. Fortunately, they had everything for the vegan Pura Vida bowl and it was delicious! A fresh take on gallo pinto with great sauces, cauliflower, and fried plantains. Delicious! Made me nostalgic for Costa Rica :) Thanks Diana and team!
