Customer Reviews
What a lovely little place, conveniently located in Gaslamp and right by the convention center! The gentleman working was so kind and patient with all customers, and allowed people to try many ice cream flavors and slices of the other treats. With the very bright colors inside and of the ice cream, I was a bit worried it would taste too sweet / artificial, but it was actually really balanced & authentic, better than ice cream I had in Turkey! Perfect sticky/thick texture too! Particularly loved the melon and sour cherry, and will be back to try more!
This is perfect for a nice hot day. The pistachio ice cream is actually pistachio ice cream. A lot of places usually add almonds to reduce the cost. The texture of the ice cream was almost like Taffy. It's not too sweet which is perfect because I usually don't like very sweet items. The ice cream did not drip and it was a really warm day (88). The staff is very friendly. I look forward to coming back
Wow! Excellent experience and wonderful treats. Very clean, bright and friendly staff. We tied a few different gelato flavors and the baklava and it was all amazing.
The guys working at this shop were incredibly patient — especially with customers who were taking their time ordering. They never seemed rushed or annoyed, just calm and welcoming. They were genuinely kind to my wife and me, letting us sample different gelato flavors and even sharing about their favorite dishes and how they’re traditionally served in Turkey. It made the whole experience feel personal and authentic. Great shop. Great prices. Great people. We’ll definitely be back. My wife ordered the coconut gelato and loved it. I got the pistachio baklava, and it was amazing. Pro tip: ask them to warm it up and add a scoop of pistachio gelato on top. You won’t regret it.
So good! authentic turkish ice-cream in SD! mastic gum and pictachio ones my fav👌🏻
