Gaia Masala & Burger

I had the first tikka masala of my life and now I am addicted to it! :D I got the tofu one and truly loved it. It was very creamy and rich in flavors. As someone who cannot eat spicy food at all they helped me to make small changes. We also had veggie mo (?) but it was rich in garlic and even though i love garlic, i felt it's a bit much but it was still very good. Highly recommend everyone who wants to have vegan food

Very quick service and a short distance from 16th street, where all the action is, and just a few blocks from Coors field, food was well prepared and very flavorful, we enjoyed our experience, we're here from Indiana, and wanted something quick... this is the spot. The servers and hostess were ultra kind and friendly

The naan and papadom were on point. Second the service by Priya was excellent, and she shared a lot of the stories about the restaurant and her personal journey here. Very good and fast service. It seems like the owners are very kind and very cool people. We like supporting those small businesses of downtown Denver. The beef lamb gyro rice plate was enough to serve two people, and the Ralphie Burger had crispy turkey bacon. They are both recommended.

Nitha and Promisea were slaying!! Every part of the restaurant experience was great - the ambiance, the service from the ladies, and especially the food!!! We had the peri peri wings, the jumbo Philly cheesesteak, and the gyro with a side of onion rings! They were all flavorful and delicious. I love that they’re late nite too. As a couple who came from the airport and had Gaia as their first impression, we were thoroughly impressed!

This restaurant is located in very city center, just in the side street of 16th St Mall and 5 min walk from historic Larimer sq. It was the first time I tried a fusion of American and Indian food and it was mind blowing. The absolute best was the Chicken Masala chicken cheese steak - something like a Philly steak but with Indian sauce and spice - amazing. My family had such fusion burgers and fries. Very reasonable prices for top location and food quality, as well very attentive staff. Place to recommend
