Customer Reviews
Gaia made for a nice respite while I was out and about. The coffee was nice and smooth, and the staff seemed nice. It was very quiet during my visit, but I liked it that way. They seemed to have empanadas for sale too, which struck me as a bit odd, but I think that might be normal in Indy maybe. Either way, it’s a clean little cafe with good coffee, and it’s a good choice if that what you’re looking for.
Gaia Coffee & Botanical is such a gem! The space has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. Their drinks are fantastic, the cardamom latte with homemade syrup is unique and full of flavor, and the strawberry and mango matchas taste like summer in a cup. My wife especially enjoys their Spanish and caramel craze lattes since they’re on the sweeter side. On top of that, the new owners are an absolute delight and make the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by! Shout out to their new baristas as well! They're absolutely killing it!
This place is my new favorite coffee joint. I normally get Americanos, but when I want a latte, a Spanish latte is my go-to. Came in with a couple of friends to try this place out, and their Spanish latte didn’t disappoint. To our surprise, in addition to their sweet and savory scones, they had empanadas. I had to try one, and I’m telling you—they are absolutely amazing! Crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned and flavorful on the inside. Paired with the rich, velvety Spanish latte, it was an unforgettable combo. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their treats!
Have been going here for yearssss, such a wonderful redesign, new owners are so sweet and friendly. Same cozy homey vibe it always had, almost with a little upgrade and more options. Beautiful, loved everything! The new drinks are like sooo everlasting.
Cute, vibrant, welcoming, and inclusive local coffee shop! AND PLANTS! Friendly staff. Yummy snacks and food. Vegetarian breakfast sandwich! Homemade goods and make-your-own-tea bar. Only wish would be that the veggie sausage sandwich was a little bigger for $6, but the honey sriracha sauce on it was delicious!
