Stopped in to quench our hunger after arriving in from out of town for Thanksgiving
I hate coming to this location and I promise it will be my ABSOLUTE last time. Its always something. The order isnt right. The staff is dry funk and rude. They dont know the menu. They cant handle modifications to orders. At least 5x ive had my ordered messed up and had to open and unravel a burrito to make sure they put what i asked for in there. The line cooks give you what they want you to have not what you order. The cashiers are dry. I had one laugh at me because I came in pissed about them messing up my order. Idk how they have 4 stars. Maybe i just have bad vibes for this place but idc if it's online order or in-person something always goes wrong. Tonight was no different. I tried to order by phone misspoke about a taco salad and instead of him correcting me to say its just a salad
Service is great. Love coming here every week. Angela is great and food is awesome.
Have you tried the new fuzzys in DeSoto, you need to. Some great tacos but so much more then that. Fast friendly service. Nice new location. Love the breakfast tacos. Try the california heat taco. Love this place, will be back soon.
So disappointed. To go order was wrong. Ordered crispy tacos and got soft tacos. It's a shame they don't have attention to detail.
