Fusion Peru Restaurant

Fusion Peru offers a solid dining experience with some clear highlights and a few areas that could be improved. The food had good flavor and presentation, and you can tell care goes into the dishes. Some items really stood out, while others felt more average than expected. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. Service was friendly, though at times it felt a bit slow or inconsistent, especially during busier moments. Pricing is on the higher side, and while the quality is there, it didn’t fully match the price point across the board. Overall, it’s a decent spot worth trying, but with some room for improvement to make it a standout experience.

I think this is going to be our place for the future. The food, service and atmosphere is top notch. Fresh to order dishes, steaming hot and absolutely delicious is the word to describe their food. We tried their Chaufa de Mariscos rice and their Ceviche de Mariscos. Both prepared with care using the freshest ingredients. The preparation was great and the dish looked great. One word of caution is on the Chaufa rice the serving is enormous like 4 people can eat from that plate and I have a big appetite but this was huge. The Ceviche good for one person and you will be stuffed. We also tried their Tamarindo and Chicha morada juices and very refreshing and fresh. The do have a lunch menu from 11am to 3pm good selection and cheaper prices. Overall a great experience and will be back when

This restaurant deserves way more love that it gets. Plenty of parking. Delicious food. Friendly staff. It’s a small restaurant that offers flavorful and exciting dishes from Peru with a Texan touch. The owner is super sweet. She approached the table to introduce herself. Beautifully decorated and very clean. I’d definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious! For me, this is the best restaurant in College Station. Excellent taste, service, and atmosphere. Each dish is unique and generously sized! My husband and I almost always share one because it’s too much for me. I highly recommend the yuca as an appetizer and the Arroz Chaufa, but honestly, everything is incredibly delicious!

I came here today on the search for a good soup due to recent dental work. The service was amazing from the time we walked in. Food is amazing and the portions are a lot bigger than I would have imagined. I ordered the seafood soup and it is absolutely amazing and flavorful. This place did not disappoint at all. Will be returning soon. I highly recommend and a little disappointed that more people aren’t here right now. Come show this business some love and support!!
