Fusion Cantina

The restaurant was pretty busy on a Saturday, and to me that’s a good sign. We were greeted and seated without much time, and we were happy to be there. We had the platanos app (my bf is Puerto Rican) and he loved it. Then we had the house burger and the special of chorizo pasta. Ameena was our server and she was awesome! Although being busy, she was still attentative and funny. We will be back soon!!

Well, this place is flying under the radar… Great atmosphere, talented and attentive staff, my sister and I ordered a single platter of fajita-chicken nachos and we couldn’t finish them. The street corn deviled eggs were wonderful. Sports and music vids on the TVs played at tasteful levels. Serious potential here; the hours are a bit limited but maybe that will change with season and more patronage. Full bar and they know all the drinks.

This was a great experience in a cozy well designed restaurant. The food was good and different. I especially liked the egg rolls and Jeff liked the pappardelle and Thai rice bowl.

What a lovely new gem of the restaurant in Port Charlotte, FL. I stopped by there the other day to try it out after a successful closing. I sat in the bar, Anthony, bartender was very friendly, knowledgeable. He was there to answer all the questions and I didn’t feel rushed . He made couple of delicious martinis, Espresso and Limoncello. I also tried Birria egg rolls (very good), small watermelon salad (fresh and summery) and cayenne chocolate crème brûlée 🍮 (soooo good). The atmosphere was vibrant and lively. Would be back to try other things on the menu. Great visit!

Excellent place. Beautifully decorated. Fried Avocado & Birria Diaz appetizers were outstanding! Our server was excellent and made a couple of suggestions for us (I was torn between the Spanish Lasagna and the Bistro Steak Tips...went for the Spanish Lasagna which was amazing! Even the Focaccia bread that it came with was perfect. We also had the Asian Bowl and all I can say is Holy Shiiit... They knocked it out of the park with this one! Tender steak, perfect rice and the sauce was just right. This place is honestly almost TOO good for the area. Tons of well balanced flavor. If you haven't been here you really should give it a try. I think you'll love it! (Unless you suck)
