Fusion Brew

Stopped at this coffee shop while driving from Indy to Wisconsin. Americano and sugar cookie latte tasty. Picked this place because it was open until 5pm.

I got a dirty chai...excellent. good customer service and really nice to find a coffee shop that isn't Starbucks that doesn't close at 2 or 3.especially when you are on the road and travel as much as me

Great bubble tea place in downtown normal Illinois. Perfect for your tea or coffee fix. They have a nice variety of drinks and baked goods. Very inviting place to chat, study or just chill. Service was very friendly and quick.

I came in around 3 days ago and was having an amazing day. I asked for a coconut milk tea, this man at the counter seemed to be quite polite and yet I was deceived. Declan Moore was uninterested and inattentive. I hate leaving reviews about specific workers but I can’t withhold my opinion on such a deceitful worker. Not just did he ruin my drink he also ruined my mood. I haven’t been this displeased since my wife left me for her tennis coach. This is disgraceful and that man should lose his job

You guys your coffee rocks! The iced Honey Bee Latte is delish. Atmosphere is cool and relaxed. I think the customer service could use some work. I stopped in town to be with family and both times I came in no one greeted more or said they would be with me soon, and then coffee times are slow even when not busy. If the coffee wasn’t so good I would probably check out a different place. Would have given 5 stars if customer service was better!
