Absolutely Delicious! I recently tried the cakes from Fusion Bites, and I was blown away! Each cake was incredibly moist, not dry at all, and had the perfect level of sweetness—not too overwhelming, just right. The fresh fruit toppings were an absolute delight; you could really taste the quality and freshness. I loved the unique flavors and the attention to detail in both taste and presentation. The matcha cake with delicate little flowers was as beautiful as it was delicious! The strawberry cake was light and fluffy, and the chocolate one had the perfect balance of rich flavor. Fusion is one of my favorite spots! They always offer great deals and the staff is always so friendly. My husband and I get the two or three roll combo with a drink, they have various cakes with nice flavors, and the bubble tea always hits the spot. If you are looking to try new sushi, you can create your own box with a mix of flavors. Priced very reasonably and tastes great, Fusion is the best!

Great experience overall. The sushi is excellent — super fresh and packed with flavor. One thing I really like is that you can buy individual pieces from different rolls, which is an amazing option because it lets you try a variety of things without committing to a full roll. More places should do this. I’m also a big fan of their chicken rice balls — seriously good and a must-order every time. Good food, solid service, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

Had no idea that this place was a self serve sushi place! Perfect for a quick bite and not too expensive. Pretty neat that you can grab one each of everything. The taro boba drink was also tasty!
