Fuji Sushi

Very good high quality sushi. The service was stellar. Very attentive while giving your desired space to explore their food at your own place. It is a small and quaint atmosphere with some touches of Japan decor with lovely portraits of the majestic Mt. Fuji. Their hand rolled sushi was exceptional and their presentation was on point. We would definitely recommend.

Sushi was very good and fresh. Shrimp dumplings and edamame were both enjoyable. The BMW roll might be my new favorite roll and I will be back just for more of those! Also had a Midlothian roll and Dance Eel roll; both were awesome. The hibachi vegetables were also good, maybe could have been cooked an extra minute or cut down a size smaller, but that's prob more of a personal preference and not something that would keep me from re-ordering it. Portions were good sized and filling, even took home leftovers and they kept well, even the sushi, for the following day. Service was good as well, very attentive, and friendly. Went on a Sunday so it was pretty slow, but I can see how you may need/want to make a reservation in advance on a busier day, the place is small and cozy, so I can see it fi

Fuji Sushi is a hidden treasure! I always have received fresh and delicious sushi here and it is my go to sushi place. I have dined and ordered togo multiple times. They are closed on Tuesday which is my day off but I do love that they are open all weekend. Great staff and great food ! Here are photos of two different occasions dining in and togo!
