Fuji Sushi Express

Sushi rolls are always incredible here, they're all great, something for everyone's taste and can't go wrong with whatever you go with. Haven't tried the bento boxes or those sorts of menu options, just get sushi rolls and a ramuné, usually. Service is nice, the chef is maybe a little... curt, but polite Just how chefs can be, they're more focused thinking about their food. And I would say that shows! The rolls are always so very well made and delicious to eat. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants good, quick sushi rolls. I've heard their sashami is great too but haven't tried it myself. Though I have no doubts to the validity of that statement. It is in the food court, so it can be a bit loud and/or crowded, but it's a cozy atmosphere.

It was a nice surprise to find good sushi at a shopping mall. Price was reasonable. Food was fresh and they make it right in front of you. I got the 2 roll special that came with a fountain drink for around $12 or $13. I chose the California Roll and Fried Shrimp Roll. Definitely one of the tastier places to eat at the Empire Mall.

The last time I was here, last week, the cashier was very nice and friendly. We went today and the cashier was hard to understand at times and seemed a little bored, but we still got what we asked for so no problem. The food is very very good and my favorites are the rainbow roll and the tuna roll. My only suggestion would be to make a "tuna lover" to go along with the "salmon lover" and the "salmon and tuna lover"

We ordered two Chicken Katsu meals and and a Steak Teriyaki meal and this is how it was delivered? No Teriyaki our Katsu and just dry meat . Absolutely Terrible .It came with no dipping sauces our anything. What a waste of money

When I visit Sioux falls I love to get sushi at this place. Their vegetarian sushi is excellent. The sweet potato sushi is some of my favorite I have ever had. The quantity you get for the price is great. I can't wait for my next visit.
