Fuji | Sushi

Came here for lunch. It was a bit slow maybe due to holiday shopping. I have noticed that head chef knows everyone name and their favorite foods. That is the customer service. Everything was good but I think one in Vacaville does have more variety foods.

Clean, great customer service, and the price is super affordable. I like the soft shell crab and grilled fish.

Stan is the man. He is genuinely working with pride. He is the true face of Fuji and its reputation. Without him Fuji is not complete. Good customer service. Clean, fresh, and delicious sushi. It's worth the price. Definitely, I will come again.

Fuji Sushi - Elk Grove is my go-to sushi place. The food, staff, and atmosphere are amazing. It's a clean atmosphere and a local favorite. Definitely recommend the Pepper Fin; It's seared tuna with a blend of spicy sauce and jalapeños.. Wish they brought the Chinese food section back, the salt and pepper shrimp, in particular always great. If you love sushi, you will love this place. No complains here

My new favorite all you can eat sushi spot. It's my first time here. I went on a weekday lunch. No complaints. Service was very fast. I don't eat much like most people do at an all you can eat place. I ordered what I wanted and I think the price was worth it. I mostly had sashimi, Nigiris, hand rolls. Very satisfied.
