Fuji Sushi & Bar & Grill

Had a great experience having dinner here! Our server Isabelle made our experience a 10/10!!! She was extremely attentive and kind- always making sure we had everything we needed. She took the time to walk me through the menu and recommended the Elephant Roll, which ended up being one of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had! Sushi was fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service really stood out from our great server. I’ll definitely be back! Ask for Isabelle she’s awesome!!!

Alexis our server was nice but our meal was not. The filet was extremely fatty and over cooked badly, the NY strip I ordered rare was extremely over cooked as well. The lobster was very overcooked. The rice was not crispy at all and lacked flavor. My girlfriend ordered salad with ranch and received ginger. We ordered 1 sake received 2, we decided to pay for them because it was half off sake night, unfortunately the sake was extremely syrupy. We had our server inform the manager about the steak and lobster and they offered to remake the food, we just didn’t have the time. Fuji for $116 y’all need to do better. This is coming from someone who has spent to much money here over the years and it is consistently mid.

Amazing Service by Sydney! I had such a great experience thanks to Sydney. She’s an exceptional bartender; so attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Her customer service is superb! She checked in often without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were perfect, and had the best attitude the entire time. She definitely elevated our visit. Highly recommend sitting at her bar! You’ll be taken care of!

Visiting this area and did my homework on finding the best place to have sushi. Jackpot! Too much to choose from but all looks good. I had my usual and loved it. I went solo so I sat at the bar and Taylor was spot on. Met some regulars and they confirmed this was the best in town. I’m comin back to try the other sushi rolls.

We had the BEST experience last night at Fuji! Our server Navah, was absolutely fantastic! The sushi is always great and having a server that is so attentive was an added bonus! We love fuji and are regular customers there! Thank you for a great evening!
