Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

Fujitsu was a very nice, classy restaurant. Our server was super polite and the food was good. We had hibachi and some spicy crab rolls and everything tasted great. The lighting was perfect for our anniversary date night and we could have a conversation without yelling at eachother. All around was a great experience.

Went to place an order on the phone it said place online get 10%. The manager would not give me a discount said it was a Facebook deal even though the phone says online. Then said for her to fix the ticket she would have to walk to the kitchen so the cooks wouldn’t remake it and it was not worth her time. I ordered 3 meals 2 with steak well done both were rare. Then my sauces were spilled all in the bag.

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. I had the ginger salad and filet lunch special. Steak was super tender and packed with flavor. The rice and veggies were just ok, much more flavor when cooked at the grill.

I am from Jonesboro while my parents live in Cabot, and so Searcy is right in the middle, and so we decided to meet up at none other than Fuji's Steakhouse. We were immediately seated, which was about expected for a Tuesday night. We started off with the Fuji Sampler and got crab rangoons, fried gyoza and spring rolls. All good! But about what you would get at any other hibachi restaurant. The same can be said for our hibachi. My mom order the hibachi salmon with steak, my dad got the hibachi steak, and I got the steak and shrimp combination. The steaks were all cooked perfectly, and the shrimp and salmon were also juicy due to the extra added sauces. Further, the fried rice was also good! The front of house staff was very nice. The food however left something to be desired, and the timing of food arrival was hurried. Everything was ordered at once, with no pause after ordering appetizers. The first portion of sushi came out first, then the appetizer alongside the main dish and we had to ask for our second portion of sushi to be brought out. It had been sitting ready for a good bit prior but our waitress had not been by in the meantime. We'd eaten all of appetizer we wanted- flash fried so the tempura was wet inside, the spring rolls were also wetter than normal inside. For the price there are options not far away we will frequent instead.
