Fuji Japanese Express

First timer. When I first walked in, I asked the guy taking my order what kind of steak comes with the steak hibachi. He replied he didn’t know. So I got the chicken hibachi. Just rice with a little bit of veggies in it, cut carrots and about 3 oz of chicken. No clear soup or salad came with it. I may come back for sushi rolls but not hibachi.

I have a picture I would like to post. I ordered a shrimp and chicken hibachi dinner with no carrots or broccoli. I got 2 nations broccoli and hardly any chicken or shrimp. There was so much broccoli it was broccoli and rice hibachi!! Rice was crunchy and broccoli was abundant. Very little chicken and I swear 2 shrimp. Absolutely understandable 😆

Chloe and I were out to enjoy the day, and when she asked what we should eat we both agreed on Fuji. I like to visit different restaurants and this was my first time. I was surprised at it's cozy simple yet very welcoming atmosphere. The staff Ben and Maura were very pleasant, and complementary. I ordered of course the most expensive roll, which was a softshell crab, cream cheese, mango, coconut roll in a soy wrap. I don't normally do dairy, but had to try this roll. I will say it was very good! I also ordered a crab egg roll, which was like a crab rangoon egg roll style. I would not probably order it again, though it wasn't bad. Chloe got a crunchy shrimp roll, which I wouldn't try due to cucumbers, yuck. She did enjoy it and had a salad also. I look forward to trying this place again i

I order from this place frequently, mainly to go, and it is consistently fresh and fast every single time! If you want great sushi, I highly recommend this place!

I ordered steak and shrimp hibachi plate. My boyfriend picked it up for me and I didn’t check my food until a couple of hours later because I wasn’t feeling well. And I had a PILE of rice with literally a hand full of meat. My bf called them and took the plate back with no type of help. Very disappointed and will NOT be ordering from here again
