It seems convenient, and sometimes it is. But they regularly make mistakes, which means you are constantly deciding whether to return an item and complain or just keep it and pay for it - inconvenient. Add to this that the shoppers arent always paying attention so they will buy something that looks similar, which means sometimes youll have the wrong item in your freezer or pantry and only discover the problem when you need it for a recipe.

Now I drive a little further to get here because of Trader Joe's and Sprouts. So I bought white peaches and they were hard for a week. I noticed the pit was molding. i opened it, and the whole inside was rotten 😳 they were big, then last time i got them, but I'm not trusting these again just going to stick with my organic fruits

Place the order online, simple. Arrive at your designated time, call & they bring you your food. The shoppers are excellent & the guys who bring your order are always friendly & courteous. Been using them for years & never had a problem.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I tried them three times in a row. Each time I put no substitutions and each time they still did substitutions. The second time I called to explain and was assured they would write on my account to not do any substitutions. They obviously didn't do that. Now I understand that some people want substitutions. And if the substitutions they made were simply weight based, i.e. I ordered 10 oz and they only had 8 oz, that would be perfectly fine. That is not what they do. I ask for Cool Ranch Doritos, I get Spicy Jalepanio. I ask for Rasberry filled pastries, they give me apple. I ask for Straberry yogurt, I get bannanna I ask for Sage Sausage, you give me regular. These are just four examples to demonstrate their weird substitution method th

Convenient and had most of what I ordered with Acceptable substitutions. Wish there was an option for paper bags instead of plastic and convenient way to tip
