It’s fry bread in the middle of the canyon. It’s delicious and a nice break from camp food while you stay at the falls
After hiking for more than 10 miles from the lodge to all the waterfalls, this place is such a lifesaver. Be aware they might sell out — arrived just after 5 PM and they had just a few vegetarian frybreads left. Suggest to add a kitchen tong or something for the pickled condiments. Unfortunately I saw people reaching down to pick out jalapeños with their hands.
Love dipping the fry bread on Nutella. They have lots of toppings here.
After hiking 10 miles from hilltop this place hits the spot. The fry bread is so fresh and they offer many toppings for free. A must try!
The food was outstanding, and we enjoyed talking with the owner before she opened up for the day. I had the bean and cheese taco. A friend had the indian taco. Both were really good, and the covered picnic tables was a welcome reprieve from the unseasonal 100 degree October day..
