Frostbites Crepes & Frozen Delights

A must try for Italian ice! We visited late afternoon and there was a line, but what we noticed was superb customer service. Every employee didn’t rush any patron and made sure that they tried some samples of the various flavors. We were assisted by Priscilla and she offered us a sample that tasted just like a Duvalin! The prices are good considering the quality of the treats. I can’t wait to visit again.

The crepes are fresh, light, and filled with delicious options, and every treat feels like it’s made with care. This was my first time at Frostbites, when I walked in, I was greeted by the very friendly staff. Ari was the young lady that served us, she was so sweet and so helpful when explaining how to order. She took her time to explain the process and mix samples together for me, she asked me questions to understand the flavors I like and created a few tasty masterpieces for me to choose. I would’ve never mixed the flavors the way she did! I ended up getting something that tasted like a Girl Scout cookie. I meant to take a picture of it, but I ate it too quickly 🫣 Great customer service and tasty ice cream, I’ll definitely be back.

This place is always packed whenever i drove by the complex, decided to try today since they seems to have cheap ice cream and crepe. Pretty delicious but standard, nothing stand out. I ordered the crepe w banana and nutella came out to about ~9 and my friends sundae was like 10ish for a large cup. Might be a bit steep for the sundae price but the crepe are okay for the size and the topping you get. There r quite a wait on weeknight cuz there were only 3 employees on shift serving a long line. But they were nice and accommodating. 8/10.

Came here recently and was looking for a dessert place. Had good reviews and was opened late. I came it was busy. Ok a good sign. The problem was a couple in front of me and myself only wanted crepes. Unfortunately we had two sets of parties of each about 8 people (16 total) trying out different flavors. This took 20-25 mins line. There needs to be a kiosk or different line just for crepes. Yes I understand some people want both ok they stay in the main line. It took another 20 mins to have to made as there was a few people in front of me (pre order online and the couple in front of me). They were annoyed as well. The crepes were average to say the least. One star was for the workers they were working hard and trying their best. Whoever the owner or manager they need to fix this. Not t
