From Scratch: The Rolling Cafe

I found From Scratch in Hope Mills from a Facebook advertisement. It was my lucky day. They baked and designed a custom Celebration of Like cake for me! It had custom filling, frosting and design. It was delicious and huge. It was not your typical grocery store cake but something so incredibly beautiful and tasty. The prices are very competitive for a custom baked cake this size and quality. They were thorough and punctual. I truly admired the love that went into this cake and kindness of everyone.

I came into this bakery from looking at a Reddit post. And from there it has been bliss. Niya has done my Christmas desserts and my birthday desserts. And both were stunning and beautiful. And I was so astonished by her details. And her little everything's that she does for your desserts is so personable, and so nice. The desserts are wonderful and everything tasted amazing from the chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, the macarons, all the way to the lemon Cupcakes, everything that I've tried so far has been amazing. Her customer service is top tier.

Ordered a cake for a gender reveal and it exceeded my expectations! Not only was the piping STUNNING, but the cake itself was absolutely delicious. My guest were fighting each other to take slices home 😂 I will 100% be ordering from the rolling cafe again!

Absolutely 10 out of 10!!! The ordering, communication, and pick up for my order was so easy and professional. The desserts I had tasted so fresh, light and balanced.
