Ordered take out around 4:00pm on 10/21/25, ordered sweet potato fries and a drunken chicken sandwich. Fries were overcooked, but edible, but on the other hand, my chicken sandwich was very obviously black and BURNT. Regardless of a new cook or kitchen problems, anyone should know this is inappropriate to serve to a customer.

The food here is very top quality, the chiefs in the kitchen are amazing. The service was nice and polite although we were unaware that we had to place our order at the counter then sit. Definitely not the norm. All in all I would recommend the food. The General Tso Chicken Sandwich was phenomenal and the shredded pork nachos made me wish I had a second stomach haha.

Fritz's Catering (Jonathan , Rebecka and the Team ) did an Exceptional Job for my 50th Birthday Party. What an incredible experience thanks to the team. Fritz’s played a major role on this event and I am extremely pleased with the outcome !! Guests are still raving over the how delicious the food was and exceptional service.. This is a nice spot for a quick and filling lunch. The prices are fair and the portions are large. However, when I visited here for the first time I wanted to order buffalo chicken tenders. I was told that they ran out and was recommended the buffalo chicken sandwich instead. The first bite of my sandwich was great. It was exactly what I was craving, but as I was about to take my second bite, I noticed a torn shiny piece of plastic in between the chicken and the lettuce. I opened my sandwich, and in disbelief, I found a large piece of plastic on the entire back side of my chicken patty, stuck underneath the breading. I had taken a bite of the plastic! I asked an employee about it, still not believing what it was, and was told that it was cheese. I took it back to the table to ask my friend

The most delicious, healthiest, bang for your buck, dietary accommodating, friendly, and overall great eating experience in New Brunswick. I’ve been eating here for years now, everything is always fresh, served in metal, Not plastic. Locally sourced. And just so well prepared with generous portions.
