Friendly's

Well I have not been to Friendly’s in years and it was a delicious treat we all went for the kids last day of school. It was 8 of us and everyone loved their food and dessert. The server Kayla was very attentive and I assure you our drinks were always full and she returned often to check on us! 8 people dinner and dessert for under $200.

The only reason we go here is because my son likes getting ice cream, but this place is at the top of my list for worst service. Every time I come here it takes 10-15 minutes just for someone to get my drink order. Then no one shows up for drink refills until food comes out. If you’re lucky they might swing by within another 15-20 minutes to see if we need refills. On average it takes 45-70 minutes to get your order, eat, and get out. It is never that busy and seems like the servers don’t pay enough attention.

Not crowded on a cold February weeknight, but there was a steady stream of customers. We were there for ice cream, which was very sweet.

First time visiting a Friendly's. The menu has items for pretty much anyone. Someone was there to open the door for our family when we arrived. Even though there were plenty of people there, we were immediately seated. Cassidy took great care of us! Even though her voice was a little rough that day, he did her best and communicated with us. She kept us informed with everything going on, even when the kitchen was backed up. She also constantly checked up on us to make sure we had refills and any other needs taken care of. Even with the food filling us up, we wanted to try the ice cream. The dessert menu was even bigger than the dinner menu! Everything was great! My only complaint was that not all the seating was consistent. My kids were sitting against a wooden back. My wife and I were seat

Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. The waitress brought the wrong order and walked away to talk with a friend. She never came back to check on us or fix the mistake. We had to speak with the kitchen staff to get it resolved. Overall, customer service was lacking. Which is disappointing because ordinarily, I love Friendlys, however this experience was significantly lacking In both customer service, food, quality, and service.
