Friendly's

I want to share my experience at Friendly’s on Saturday, 2/28/26 around 4 PM. I placed an order, and when I got home, part of my food was missing. I called back calmly and respectfully to explain the situation, expecting a simple resolution. Instead, the manager accused me of lying and hung up on me. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner by anyone in the restaurant industry. It was shocking and extremely disappointing. Mistakes happen — that’s understandable. But treating a paying customer with hostility and disrespect is not acceptable. I truly hope no one else has to experience this kind of behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.

Stopped by Friendly’s for a family lunch and had a really pleasant experience. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive, polite, and made sure everything came out just right. The food arrived quickly and was fresh. My burger had good flavor but leaned more toward a patty style than the hearty, all-American burger I usually expect from Friendly’s. My sister loved her chicken sandwich, and my niece was thrilled with the kids’ meal, especially the broccoli, mac and cheese, and grilled chicken. Great service overall and a comfortable family spot I’d return to!

The food!😄😋 Had hot turkey dinner sandwich of sorts. Toasted sourdough base covered with stuffing, mashed red potatoes, plenty of sliced ,real turkey breast. Covered in gravy & topped with whole berry cranberry sauce. DEEE-LISH! 😋 Highly recommend ! Service was great Waitress was attentive Quick with her Service Very personable. Price was fine for dinner and sodas. Free refills. Very casual restaurant It's Friendly's Always liked Friendly's Wish there were still more around. Naugatuck is only one even sort of close to me. Would definitely recommend this Friendly's. Liked this "sandwich " dinner so much... We're probably going to make it ourselves for Thanksgiving dinner. "One plate wonder"

on this occasion we made the decision to visit this friendly restaurant with the whole family, which children eagerly awaited the ice cream. our experience was very pleasant. We were a group of 12, five adults and seven children, in which they accommodated us very well. Personally, he is craving chicken, with salad, and to finish off a milk shake. we all enjoyed the food.

Haven't been to Friendly's in years! We were so happy to find one that was still open. The place was busy with lots of families with kids, staff was very friendly. We had the iconic Fishamajig and a clam strip platter - our food was great! Happy ending desert was just right! Can't wait to come back again!
