Friendly's

really poor showing from this place. got the "american burger" which I suppose doesn't come with cheese, even tho the sample photo of the burger on DoorDash does, not sure. fries were oddly small and under portioned. room for lots of improvement here. 2 stars since it was edible.

Friendly’s always has that cozy, old-school diner vibe, and our meals there are always solid. I got the Buffalo chicken tenders, which are my go-to, has just the right amount of spicy kick. Then came the Philly cheesesteak melt—gooey cheese, tender steak, and buttery grilled bread. For the kid, the grilled cheese was simple but perfect choice. They made their platters have better presentation with side plates and fry baskets. The server was super accommodating with my three-year-old and infant, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything hit the spot, thanks again 🍔🥪🍗

This is hands down my favorite spot around! It’s a little on the pricey side, but totally worth it — the food is always amazing. I usually DoorDash from here and they never disappoint. I’m obsessed with their Hunka Chunka Fudge ice cream, and their chicken sandwich, wraps, and tenders are all super tasty. It’s a solid 10/10 for me — my go-to place for sure!

Experience is always great. Been going here for years. It started to go down. Came back and have others working who show experience with good customer service. Jay was amazing. Gave eye contact and kept us informed of in between wait time. Food came quick. Fresh, hot, good. Jay was very attentive. Would ask for him going forward as today was 1st time meeting. Out of all the times ive been ive only had 2 bad experiences (27 years). So i recommend

The standards that were drilled into me when I was a server for Friendly's must have gotten relaxed over the years. Food was consistent with what you expect. However timing and pace of meal were horrible. Gave me so much time that I'm actually posting this review as I wait almost 20 minutes for 3 sundaes. 1 of 4 tables in restaurants would hate to see what wait times if it was busy. As I didn't see a manager on duty, I see why Friendly's is not the go to family diner it once was. I'd be happy to come train your staff, with my 25 years in the industry if you'd be so inclined
