Fried Tomato Buffet

Flew in from Tampa and found this place when I went to Walmart. The food is pretty good and the service was great. My waitress was a sweet and friendly Thai lady and she came by my table every few minutes to check on me.

I’ve been here a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. They have a wide variety of foods, including a huge salad bar. They had so many delicious choices including fried green tomatoes, ribs, fried mushrooms, chicken and dressing, fried fish, apple cobbler, and much much more. The servers are very attentive, and it was overall great experience. The restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms. Even on a Saturday it wasn’t crowded midday. We look forward to going back very soon.

The service was just fine, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. Overall, it’s a solid spot. We tried this place when we first moved down here about a year ago, and we weren’t that impressed. The food was just mediocre at best. Tonight, one year later, we decided to give it another shot. When we got there, the person in the front was very rude and had somewhat of an attitude. She just looked at us and didn’t greet us or anything she simply said, “Dining?” I said, “Yes, ma’am.” She replied, “Check the bar first.” We were confused at first because we didn’t know what that meant, so we decided to go check the bar. We then came back and asked if they were about to close. She said that they close at 9 PM but stop seating at 8 PM. That was perfectly fine with us, as we didn’t want to take away from anyone tonight, so we decided to leave. The point of this whole rant is that their worker

I was expecting to be as good as the location in LaGrange, GA but nothing to compare about. I rate this place from 1-10 a 6. Is actually not homemade style food.
