Freshty Route 305 is such a hidden gem in West Kendall! It’s a quaint little spot with about five tables, which makes it feel cozy and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We’re always on the lookout for healthier options (especially gluten-free for my husband), and this place delivered. We tried the quinoa pizza with mushrooms — you can choose three toppings, but my husband kept it simple with just mushrooms. The flavors were on point and absolutely delicious. Our only wish was that the crust had been a bit crispier, more cracker-like. It was a little soggy on the bottom, but the taste was still great. As a solo female traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was greeted and served by Fabiola, who was absolutely wonderful-she even took the time to teach me some Spanish words! The food was both delicious and healthy, which is exactly what I was looking for. What sets this place apart is the affordability; it's much more budget-friendly than other healthy spots in the area without sacrificing quality. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a very calm, welcoming atmosphere. Fabiola went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips for my upcoming Florida itinerary. Best Healthy food in the south of Florida.The quality of their ingredients is great that's why the final result is so good. Their arepas are to dye for. Made without flours. Only natural ingredients. Soups are hearty and tasty. Their tuna bowl you can't miss it. Give it a try. Your body will appreciate it. Don't forget to detox with their green smoothie. 😉 If you are in the area don't miss it. It's even worth to drive from far away. Best Healthy food and affordable.

Freshty it's definitely one of my favorites. I got there recommended by a local (Mrs Laurie and Chico 🐶) when I just moved in The Hammocks. She told us about the healthy food, the fresh ingredients they use and at affordable price, so we gave it a try and it was like love at first sight (because it's a cute and cozy place), and then they got me with the presentation of the dish, then the flavor 🥰. Even my husband -usually a fast food fan-, love eating in Freshty, especially when it comes to the pizzas.

Tired of eating fast and fattening foods? This place is a mom and pops family business. The concept is to eat healthy and eat the correct portions of food. I go to the gym next door and after that I come here to eat. All of the food there is delicious and nutritious, today I ordered a vegetable soup (AMAZING) and a burger. The burger is 100% pure beef made from scratch and the bun is an almond bun with only 4 carbs. Included in the burger comes the mushrooms, caramel onions, guacamole and cheese. It’s soooo good. Service is fast and friendly & prices are very affordable. I recommend it to anyone that wants a delicious health bite!
