The girl at the front was not very polite. The pikliz was not very good, the large griot looked more like a medium and the medium looked more like a small. They need to put more griot in the large serving because $27 is a lot to pay for such a small amount of griot. I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

10/10 Lovely people & amazing food. I placed my order through Uber Eats and followed up with a call to see if I could switch some items around & it was not a problem ! My food came freshly cooked with great flavor. My hubby also stopped by this restaurant weeks prior & was treated kindly & served as he dined in. We are deeply appreciative of the amazing customer service & great taste that Fresh Venus delivers !

The food is delicious! First time having Haitian food and was thoroughly impressed. The owner was so lovely, too. Would come again and again.

The taste quality speaks with a clear voice. The staff provided outstanding attention to detail. Their food keeps me coming back and their servers are reliably good. The restaurant sits in a convenient district. The local dining options expanded nicely.

The food was tasty but the lady behind the counter could use a lesson in customer service. Communication was extremely difficult and she didn't make any effort to try to understand me or even to be polite. Terrible service.
