Chill place, everything looks premium and the staff is really friendly. The shakes taste great, so they feel worth the price. They have a nice variety of flavors, and each one is rich and satisfying. The shop has a relaxed vibe, making it a good spot to stop by for a treat after the gym. The quality and overall experience make it worth coming back And the owner is super chill.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Asked me questions about what I like and made recommendations from their menu accordingly. I got the dirty filthy monkee and it is delicious. Plus a 10% GB3 discount if you’re a GB3 member.

(Must try) My last gb3 gym I would have my protein shakes and meat spot. I would love to eat after every gym session and once I moved I had nothing like it untill fresh monkee arised and its even the best spot for protein shakes in town. Try the protein and mass gainers and you will understand the high praise.
