Fresh India - Indian Restaurant & Grocery

Excellent choice for Indian food. Just a bit spendy, not bad. Usually enough to feed two people with one entree. Real Fair prices on freezer section. Very large take home selection, pretty much everything they serve during Deli/Cafe hours. The fresh food is authentic and awesome as well as the take-home freezer section. So many flavors naan is great also can get in freezer section.

I went with a friend to the restaurant for lunch. We weren't sure what to get, so we asked the person taking our order for suggestions. She asked a few questions about our tastes and then suggested excellent options. I got the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, mango lassi, and a pomegranate soda. Everything was so good and so reasonably priced, it was excellent. There was plenty to take leftovers and it came in a tinfoil bowl so it was already good for leftovers. The food was great, the service was great, the atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get good Indian food.

Today was one of those super busy days when cooking just wasn’t possible, so I picked up a lunch combo from Fresh India — chicken, chana masala, and veg biryani. I don’t even remember the exact name of the chicken dish, but honestly, it was so delicious that it actually made me hungrier 😄 Every bite was full of flavor, comforting, and satisfying. Truly good food that turns a hectic day into a happy one. 💛🍽️

Restaurant is attached with grocery shop. Very tasty food with reasonable prices than most of Indian restaurants in Minneapolis. Groceries are well stocked too with fresh veggies and others.

We had weekend special Mutton Pulao and Haleem in Fresh India today. Both taste awesome and authentic indian feel. Also, enough quantity on the family pack where 3 of us had it.
