First time here on Sunday having breakfast for lunch . Great gluten-free options, portion size and customer service. My coffee was perfect and our smoothies we're delicious. Thank you for letting us hangout and catch up till closing. 🤗 Please bring one to the valley. 🩶🤍

Staff was incredibly friendly, the decor and atmosphere is super cute and earthy, and the food was great. Even the small salad was super filling and I could barely finish it due to the large serving size. The salmon wrap was very good and I was a huge fan of the roasted sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Also, coconut bacon? Never had it before and it was so good. Highly recommend. Vegetarian and vegan friendly, you can build your own salad- There’s no other place in Spokane that I know of that is like this.

We loved our visit! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our drinks were made to order and were made just right to our liking. The salad area and cold table was filled with fresh ingredients and well presented, the whole experience was wonderful and we will be back! Can’t wait to try more menus items and support this cute little business. Side note, you can really tell the new owners are putting their heart and soul into this place, offering fresh ingredients, appealing options and super clean establishment.

I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich with their tomato bisque soup and oh my it was delicious!!! All the flavors hit the spot!! They have cute rings too!

Possibly the best gluten free restaurant I’ve been to the past 4 years—I’ve never seen a dedicated GF place where I am in Chicago, so it was such a treat to be able to have anything on the menu for once. The BLT esc sandwich with the phenomenal sourdough was insane, with healthy portions. I hope this place is still around when we move here
