Fresh Donuts

We have tried this place a few times, but every time we're disappointed with the service. The guy that is usually working is so rude and their food isn't that good. Twice we've tried to buy a dozen or so kolaches with my husband getting there within 30 minutes of opening and he's told he's too late. A few of my neighbors have had similar experiences. It's really unfortunate because it is so close. We go to Pflugerville Donuts and everything is fresh & they are so friendly and kind.

Don’t know. Went by at 5:45 on a Saturday to get several boxes for an event in the morning. Lights were off and a shadow of someone walking around the back. Posted opening hours were 5:00 on the door and online. Planned around these operational hours.

I get a couple of dozen donuts for my son’s elementary class to celebrate his birthday every year. Each time he says they were so good and the whole class enjoyed them!

Wonderful, beautiful people and AMAZING donuts. I’m so appreciative of these guys. I came in an hour before close when they were mopping up and only a few donuts were left. There was an issue with the card reader and the man at the counter told me just to take the 2 donuts I ordered and have a good day, that I could just be a regular customer from now and and it would all be fair. I will definitely be back to repay their kindness :)

I wanted to share my experience at this place, as it was my first time visiting and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a donut shop. When I walked in, the man behind the counter hooted at me instead of greeting me professionally. Then he asked what I wanted in a very dismissive and unfriendly tone. The customer service was shockingly poor and the worst I’ve encountered in a long time. When I went to pay, he told me the card machine wasn’t working and that I had to pay cash. Strangely, just a few seconds later, the machine worked again. After I sat down and waited for his other customers to leave, to politely give him some feedback about how he came across as rude and unwelcoming.
