This place is technically driven. Upon entering the facility, you'll see a kiosk to order your food from multiple eateries to choose from. We chose First Bites Kitchen. My takeaways: 1. The food is 🗑️🚮🗑️ TRASH. Let's get that out of the way. There wasn't any seasoning on the "home fries" or what looked to be skillet potatoes of some sort. No salt or pepper on the eggs. The eggs were fried hard to the point of tasting a little burn on them. The pancakes were rubbery. When I picked one up to pour syrup on the bottom pancake first and it wiggled, so I gently pulled on it and it was flexing. I didn't eat that. The turkey bacon was dry and tasted like cardboard. 2. I've heard a great deal about a new online restaurant called Fresh Bites Kitchen in Washington, DC, and I couldn't wait to give it a shot. While browsing the menu, their vegan options really stood out to me, so I ordered a rice bowl, a delight sandwich, and a smoothie. As a world traveler who has dined at countless restaurants, I didn't expect such delicious food from an online establishment. The food was so impressive that I decided to place an order for my family as well, and I even gave a shoutout to the owners online. If you're in the DMV area, I highly recommend trying them out!

I highly recommend fresh bite, I ordered both the vegan and non-vegan options, and everything was amazing! The Impossible Tibs are a standout, and the Tibs and Chicken Sandwich is my absolute favorite. My go-to juice is the Triple Infusion—it’s delicious. I highly recommend all the food!

Fresh Bites Kitchen is a must-try! My husband and I ordered the Ethiopic Golden Hour bowl, and it was both delicious and nourishing. The combination of bulgur, eggs, and avocado made for a creative and satisfying protein bowl. I swapped bulgur for rice, and it still had that comforting, home-cooked feel. The meat was tender, the eggs were incredibly fluffy, and everything tasted fresh and healthy. We also had the Crêpe Banan Nutella, and the Nutella-banana combo was mind-blowing! If you’re looking for flavorful, well-balanced meals that don’t feel heavy, this is the spot. Can’t wait to order again!
