We stopped in for lunch and immediately loved the margaritas. I ordered the spicy blackberry margarita, and my friends had the mojito and the spicy strawberry margarita. The bartender (Daniel) was incredibly accommodating and customized our drinks to our liking, adding extra spice and even swapping mezcal for tequila. We ordered the ceviche, which was fantastic, and a cheese quesadilla that was simple but really satisfying. Service was good and the ambiance was pleasant. Since it was Presidents’ Day during off hours, the restaurant was nice and quiet, which made for a relaxed visit. I would definitely go back. There are several other menu items I want to try.

Luis was amazing. I love the dip sampler. The charred corn dip is my favorite. Chilean sea bass fish tacos so delicious on their homemade corn tortilla. Blood orange margaritas hit perfect. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and the patio seating is essential .

We started with their Cadillac margarita straight up with an extra shot of tequila on the side. The margarita and tequila was very smooth. I usually get Patron Silver but this time we tried Cierto Blanco. We nibbled on the chips and salsa as we enjoyed our drinks. Then we ordered the chicken Fajitas de la Casa with all rice and no beans. The guacamole was bright green. They cover the chicken fajitas with a crema. I assumed the crema was on the side. Their corn tortillas are amazing. I could eat them separately by themselves. There’s no shredded cheese, just the crema which was different. I definitely prefer shredded cheese. Went on a Sunday around 11am and we had fast seating, amazing service ,and hands down delicious food. I got the green chili chicken bowl ,the kids loved the rice and beans with quesdadilla. We appreciated the kids menu was the reason we choose this spot. Super cute environment! Definitely recommend for families.

We had an amazing experience at Fresco Cocina! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. From the fresh chips and salsa to the incredible entrees, every bite was fantastic. What really made our visit special was our server, Matt. He was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. His service was top-notch, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. He was knowledgeable with gluten-free options. If you’re looking for great Mexican food with excellent service and plenty of gluten-free options, this is the place to go. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!
